I think everyone agrees by n BUT, there is a car or truck sitting on top of the tire. They are pretty heavy, and thats going to squeeze more air into your bike tire. I don't know how much more air you'll get out of that car tire, but I'm guessing it will be more than the standard 32 psi of a car tire.
