Did they mix groups up, because it looks like a chorus derailleur and triomphe brakes. I am confused by what you said about the crank, it look like it flares slightly so it is triomphe ? The back hub has a cone shape on the side opposite the deralleur and front hub is thicker than back. I don't know if that helps, but thanks for all your effort. Also the fork is painted and has a B on the crowns. Do the codes on the cranks tell you what group, I know the crank arm lenght is on it and there is also the number inside a square.
