Ever ride Hogan's reservoir in Valley Springs? I've been meaning to try that out too. It's about as far as Rockville from me. I've been all-road since I got my new ride in August(minus some Burley outings with the kiddos). Yearning for some DIRT!!!
This was my first "Dirt" ride since June. Wow, it took awhile to get back my form. Yep, I take Hwy 12 get there. To me Hogan's is a big fat "meh". It takes me an hour to drive there. It also takes me an hour to drive to other places I'd rather go to: Slamin Balls, Diablo Foothills, Rockville...

I'll give you a heads up for the next "dirt Ride".
