You're welcome, measuring was barely any trouble, I happen to have a big messy pile of touring gear sitting 2 feet away from me in my office, waiting for me to accept the fact that touring season is over and it needs to go out to the storage shed, to make room for snowboarding gear. I'm such a dork.

Actually, if you really want to use the Delta, you could probably add an L-shaped bracket (possibly available right from the hardware store, possible fabrication). The bracket wouldn't even have to have a perfect size, since you could rotate it until the distance was correct. That could extend the distance from the hose clamp around the fork to the rack attachment point.

Although... with 20 pounds on it... hmmm... it might rotate.
