ahahahaha you guys crack me up

what a busy morning! first chance i've had to sit down! thankfully the shorts i wore are comfortable, and they didn't take as long as i thought to dry out. commando in jeans may be liberating for some of you; it just don't feel right to me. i thought about going to a dollar store, but we were short-staffed and i had french toast to make... will be sure to bring some tomorrow to keep in my office.

actually, i've been eyeing the MEC splash pants for a couple years, but for some reason i haven't coughed up the money to buy them. i have regular rain pants that are ok with dork straps if it's cold ('cuz they're not breathable) or windblocker tights, but if it's warm i usually just get wet for the couple kilometers i have to go.

i have to say though that i really like the booties that i got at the bike show. what a steal for $15. a cyclist was in front of me today with the same pair so i chatted with him for a moment before riding on. (plus, i enjoy saying booties.)
