I'm fairly positive this is a Schwinn Super Sport or Super Sport S/P 1981 or 1982. It has the seat stay braze ons, still has the whole step half step (sugino AT?) triple crankset. The wheels and the derailleurs changed out.

23" frame apparently. These frames the epitome of the Japanese Sports Touring Geometry. Tange #2 double butted, beautiful lugwork. I hope one of us gets this one!
