But, I was referring to the large amount of warranty claims that SRAM had with the initial batches of their Force RD. A bolt/pin kept on breaking, sending the derailleur crashing into the spokes, and sometimes cracking frames.
Where are these large amounts? Ive seen a few people mention it on other forums but never met anyone that it has personally happened to and polling the shops I frequent locally, they've never seen it either.
If it was indeed a large amount, surely it would have warranted a recall on the part.
