don't like it. I'm newly car-free and new to commuting. I have rain gear and use it but that is just one more thing to have to deal with when getting ready. Being new to biking, I worry about what it does to my bike and all the nooks and crannies I don't know about. Still haven't decided whether to ride in t-storms and have missed any major downpours.
