does it still do all this with fresh, no rechargeable AA batts ? then there is a problem

rechargeable batteries in suspect condition can cause all this...so test with brandy new duracell normal batteries to make sure


I will say that I think dinotte overbuilt the light engine. too much can go wrong with the electronics. it has self test and all this jimmajamma going on. an on/off switch woulda been dead reliable. I got no complaint though
