As mentioned earlier, fruits and veggies. I eat two apples a day (one at each break) sometimes plain, sometimes with some curry powder sprinkled on them. I also keep a spray bottle of Mrs. Braggs amino acid spray (think soy sauce) in the refrigerator at work. This goes on my apples, on a salad, or anywhere else you might want to try that particular flavor. Don't be afraid to try different tastes. I often eat a can of salmon or tuna for lunch. I'll doctor it up with balsamic vinegar and olive oil and or some pesto. Been known to use some sesame oil, pupon type of mustard and Braggs spray too.

Yogurt has been suggested, try it with some fresh fruit. Get some no sugar added w/fruit or plain and add it to some fruit. Use plain in place of sour cream

Stay away from the cold cuts where possible. Whole grain breads when you eat bread. REAL peanut butter is good, many have sugar and all other types of junk added.

Try steel cut oats with pesto and olive oil. This can be an anytime meal, and ready in five minutes.

How's that for a start?
