Why do you want them? They would probably ruin your pedal mechanism quite quickly. That's why the cleats are softer, so they wear instead of the pedal.

I have about 7000mi on a single pair of ATAC cleats - they have deep grooves from the pedal retention bars. (They are definitely overdue to replace, but the still don't pop out like SPDs did after 500mi)
