Eat what you want, but in moderation. A new eating habit is Grazing, Just eat very small meals or snacks all day to make your metabolism go crazy and burn that fat. DO NOT eat lots of protein unless you are working your muscles, Unused protein is transformed into fat and that is bad. I'm your size buddy .
