futis, veggies and whoel grains are your friends.
for breakfast try fruit salad and greek yogurt or ww pancakes

lunch pasta/ rice salads leftovers from the night before lentil balsamic onion and feta salad is a favourite

for dinner possibilities are endless look into different grains too (try searching ill gotten grains on youtube for a good eats episode on it)
