You have my sympathy. I've had some "work done" in that area as well, and it's amazing how debilitating the pain can be. I am lucky enough to have been able to (mostly) keep riding.

Take a look at the South Beach Diet stuff - the original book is good, and I think they have some good recipe books as well. I don't think much of their foods, however...
