I'm not really blaming my LBS, but i guess if the suggestion is that improper tension is what causes spokes to break, then they should probably suggest retensioning the entire wheel, if not rebuilding the entire wheel.

Either way, hopefully they will work with me on this. The bike is only 6 months old.
