To any of you US residents who have ordered and received Bob Jackson frames: Did you have to pay an additional customs/tax fee upon or after receiving your frame? Fed Ex just sent me an invoice for another $30 to pay for customs fees they took care of once my Vigorelli frame entered the states, but I just ASSumed this was included in the extremely high shipping fee of $180 from Bob Jackson. I've ordered other online retail items (specifically expensive bike components) from England before and can't recall ever paying additional customs fee on top of what I was initially charged for. Is this normal?
