I don't know what exactly type of decals I have got here.

The decals are on a sheet of paper and on top of that paper is a piece of wax paper. The wax paper made the decals look yellow but I just peeled up the wax paper a bit and they are in fact white decals, which is excellent because I think white on black looks great. There are no cutouts where the decals peel off of the paper, I think these are called "water tranfser" decals? All I know is that the auction claimed that they were NOS and I suppose that they are as they look like something the Ciocc factory would put on their frames. There is also another auction that was just listed for what looks to be the same set of decals (but with a BIN that is $20 cheaper than what I paid---rats!) and the seller says they are "self adhesive" in the description:
