1. get some cloth rim tape as mentioned previously. the second pic of the rim tape where it is scooted over...the tape is not covering the hole in the rim for the spoke nipple...that will cause a flat for sure.

2. as far as the slipping, make sure your cog is on real tight on your hub, then make sure your lockring is on real tight too. make sure there is a bit of grease on the threads too. last, don't let your chain slack fool you into thinking your cog is loose while trackstanding.
