Get a good lighting system and ride at night. It actually quite peaceful and relaxing. I will be leaving for my nightly ride in about 20 mins. 11:15 pm give or take and will ride for about 1.5 hrs. The family will all be in bed and I don't have to feel guilty about not having family time if I was to ride earlier in the evening.

I have also been accosted by the squirrel's, they scare the crap out of me when I see them on the ground.
