This groupset is appearing under several names, including Sampson. It's made in Taiwan and is being rebadged into at least four different names.
The advantage is price, but a French magazine tested the group and said it was good for entry level, but not near the quality of Campy or Shimano. They equated it with Sora and Mirage. they criticized the triggers as awkward and too complex.
It is rebuidable.

It's very difficult to come out with a new shifter, the trick is not to make a better shifter, but to avoid the plethora of patents by Campagnolo and Shimano.
