Price seems high and plus $100 for the fitting... I'd look for a different dealer, brand or something to shake up. Unless your set on cannondale. Tiagra can really disappoint if you cross into a certain level. Then you are looking at way more than the money you saved to upgrade your stuff. Unless your gonna learn to do alot of the work yourself.
