I have a prescription insert. It is flexible since I can change the tinted lense, but it isn't as comfortable (too close/sometimes touching my eyelashes).
No inserts. I have a fairly mild prescription so supposedly distortion from the wrap around lenses shouldn't be too significant. The wrap frames fit right against my simian eyebrows but my eyelashes are fine.
