If your after the antioxidants, matcha tea as I mentioned earlier has up to 10-200 times (depending on what study you read) the antioxidants of green tea. Its actually has the highest density of antioxidents known to man, but since you only have a teaspoon at a time, its a decieving stat.

Antioxidants apparently are measured by an ORAC scale. Blueberries have 24 TE/g while matcha has 1384 TE/g

I just like its taste a lot better than green tea.
