I can't speak for the OP, but I have a chronic medical condition that forces me to take medication that is hard on one's liver. I've also noticed that when my skin gets too oily, too dry, or develops excessive blemishes, one of these 3 day liver cleanses clears it right up. Cheaper than skincare products, that's for sure.
