Then later grapefruit juice without the pulp mixed with light olive oil.
I was looking quite seriously at doing this but I chickened out. It takes quite a commitment, you NEED to do it just right and it may make you quite ill for a few days and not able to work. Go to the Hulda Clark chat boards and ask questions there.
