I pretty much only wear them on freezing cold mornings when I'm riding before dawn, but they work well.
This morning, I rode an 18 mile loop, towards the end of which I have to cross a 4 lane road. At that particular time in the morning, it's pretty busy, so I had to wait a long time for a gap. When the gap came, I jumped on the cranks to race across, and as I rose up, the waistband of my tights caught on the horn of my saddle, resulting in me riding across 4 lanes of very busy road bare-assed. Liberating!
Many have written about the moon and its magical properties. I wonder if this was picked up on Google earth?
