otherwise keep trying ebay... I managed to get a chromed lugged splined, miyata fork with bosses for a rack and canti brakes. Just keep looking, and try many categories. even hit up the vintage-transportation category.
Got it for $40 + $20 S&H, then $40 installation charge from my LBS. But hella worth it. :-D
Yes, I still do have a spare Miyata 1in threaded fork, but probably not your cup of coffee. came from a 50cm frame and has canti-brake bosses on it.
