I'm 5'11", 163 lbs., 35" waist. I just tried on some different bibs at my LBS. I ended up with Louis Garneau Alveo in L, but when trying the Assos needed to go XL. The Assos were just too OCP for my modest riding level, but the LGs were just right for me.
