Did 30 off road with my wife this afternoon and kind of screwed up. I drank coffee all morning and didn't eat breakfast or lunch. She got home from work around lunch time and we decided to go for the ride. I was about 10 miles in when I felt my stomach screaming for food. I managed to get through the ride, but I was really hurting when I got home.
