George H. was interviewed on OLN and he said he thought Lance was probably mad and that drove him.
So it looks as though "T" Mobile's fans may have cost Kloeden the stage.
If you saw the last episode of the Lance Chronicles, he mentions this. He couldn't let Kloden win a stage after he thought of the loogies the German fans spat on him during Alpe d'Huez
