Trying to get into better shape, so I have been either riding or going to the gym(or both) every day. My first session with the personal trainer yesterday, and my legs were wiped out today. No gas. I'm usually slow, and today I was VERY slow. Also developed a large and deep blister on my left foot, which certainly did not help my pedaling efficiency.
