to the first picture in the thread you can see that they are identical, except for some decals, which probably means a bit different year.
Something you cannot do with a Peugeot is use other markets model ID's to name your bike. Get is close, yes!! Nail it down, no!! Odds are the Holland bike in question is a PX8
-L as it has full 'touring' gear or its fully loaded 'luxe' model thus getting the 'L' designation
