I'm really new to fixed gear bikes and it's really been a huge interest in me. I've been doing research and I came upon an offer on an old raleigh pictured below..

My question is.. is it worth working on?
How much should I pay for it? (the guy offered to sell the frame for 50)
Is it going to be an easy conversion?
Any pointers?
