I am going to look at a friends fathers bike that sat in the basement for the last 20yrs or so. I was looking for any info on the bike that anyone has. I have only seen one picture and it has nice chrome lugs, but I can't tell what brand components or type it has. He said he actually bought it in Italy in the early 70s. I was also wondering what I should offer him if it is in good shape.
