Mess with any dog on it's property and you are going to bleed and bleed and bleed.
Jack Russels can also jump better than a Corgi. I think they can get up on a car easy. I've seen one climb a tree. They can climb a ladder, probably jump a 4 foot fence too. Not much chance of getting away in time either.
