You'll be more apt to keep it off because you will have made a change in how you live your life rather than just "dieting".

My legs, just from 3 weeks of riding are getting all beefy and muscle-y. My waist has dropped about 3 inches! I'm pretty happy
Here are my face before and afters, The first one is at 260 and the second is at 233. Now I'm 243 so you can just meld the two together and figure out what I look like now. ^^
