speedplay for me on my road bikes(road and tri). I leave my shoes on the bike when I mount/dismount. So running in them is a non issue. Like was said, if you dont do this. I would be hesitant to say get speedplays. The cleats are expensive to replace, and because they are metal, when you run on pavement, they are slippery.
