Since you bought it up - I want to put my 2 cents in for this event. Mark Griffith is the organizer. You couldn't meet a nicer guy - it benefits LAF and is really a cool event. 4 days of the most beautiful road riding (yes road not mountain) you will ever do. The group of folks on the rides are wonderful and the town of Moab is supportive. There is nothng more beautiful than riding along the Colorado River through narrow Canyons or riding through Arches National Park.

The riding is not easy (think very hilly) but if you have any time off and want to do a great long weekend - please do this event!!!

Edited to add: Moab is just a funky cool place to visit - it is bike centric - a bike shop every block - literally! They love bike riders. They are great restaurants and lodging is inexpensive. And lots of good touristy stuff to do while not riding. I really enjoy the drive out from California to Moab. Utah is so scenic!
