I bought a high-end Park Tool pump and it failed on me. I was kinda dissappointed since I heard Park is a good brand. Turns out it was a manufacturing defect. I bought it used from ebay so I thought I was out of luck. Then a friend told me Park Tool has a warranty program - just send in the product to Park and they will send you a new one....I got mine in the mail last week. So far so good. I think I'll pick park from now on because of this. Call this a shill or whatever but I am just posting my experience. I like Pedros stuff and prefer it over some Park stuff (pedal wrench, for example) well but the warranty experience makes me pick Park for piece of mind.
