edit: why do you need to remove the o-ring? That needs to be in there or the cap will move about on the steerer. If you do need to get it out, an exacto blade is the only good method I could think of. It may be glued in there.
Nope - all silver IRO/Fusion wheelset. The black is the tires.

Well, the King installation instructions said to remove it when marking the tube for cutting then put it back in when you're putting it all together for real. I'm guessing that I can just do it without removing the O-Ring and that's probably better... I can't believe I even read the instructions - there's a first time for everything, i guess!
