The headset is actually already in the frame and the crown race (baseplate) is installed on the fork - the bearing cap & stem cap are the only parts that aren't already installed... well, those and this little while plastic washer. Where does that go?

I'm assuming that I don't need any adaptors for the parts that aren't already installed, is that correct?
