I'd guess late-80's Columbus SLX/SPX tubing. The things that make me think that are the "superbutted" and the "rinforzi elicoidali" on the Columbus decal and the short lugs, the lack of chrome on the frame, the almost fully chromed fork, the pantographing on the fork crown and tops of the seat stays, and the kind of medium length drop outs, all of which are very 80's-ish. Perhaps a Pinarello expert can narrow that down more.
