Was wondering if while doing a ride, or commute, or whatever on your evening bike ride, if you've ever had drivers, pedestrians, or spectators laugh / chuckle / point at your ridiculously bright and flashing lights all over your bike.

I know it won't stop you (it shouldn't!) but was wondering how commonplace this was.

Here in LA, I don't get any comments for a tail-light, or even a headlight. Now however, if I threw on dual HIDs and a Wilma on top, that would almost certainly get some words.

An even more interesting phenomena I've observed is that when I run (I know, running's evil ... blah blah blah!) at night and wear a headlamp and a rear blinkie, those two lights ALONE are enough to get all the motorists and pedestrians chuckling and pointing, saying "look at his lights!" WTF?!
