Update on the bike. The great uncles trip was to Sweeden not Italy. The bike weighs 25.5 pounds so it isn't a Columbus SL for sure. No explanation on the derailleurs but I think the bike is a little newer. The 1973-1974 cam from a sticker on the bike of the world champoinships Bianchi took. The same sticker was used until their next victory which might have been 1981. The owner is an ok guy who is more into mountain bikes and doesn't know what he was given. He is also now more realistic on price.
