I live in Whittier, California which is in the southern part of Los Angeles county. However, I have ridden in both Irvine and Tustin and (unlike Pam) I don't have a problem with either one. Both, in fact, are far better suited to bicycle travel than Whittier!
I also feel that I should point out that (to the best of my knowledge/experience) Pam is actually neither angry, nor grumpy, nor old (doesn't look over 50 to me!). Then again, we've never discussed illegals, so maybe that's why . . .
