Actually, I think he's got a 486 running OS/2 on dialup that he's trying to surf the web on. Speaks to his hard-headedness, actually. That would explain why turning a page in email takes 5 minutes and downloading a pdf takes a day and won't open on adobe acrobat reader 1.0. I agree, it's all Bill Gates' fault.
