I use a set of Seratus paniers, they are just basic cordura paniers. Seratus isn't making them any more, they have been replaced with the basic MEC models. I like them a lot, for one thing they don't weigh a ton, they are stable, keep the water out with normal strategies. I've had mine probably pretty close to 20 years. First for MTB tours, then comuting, now road tours.
