Had a bad incident due to poor judgment (again) on the way home. Overshot an intersection by close to a car's length. Luckily not many cars and they were all stopped from the red before. I need to stop trying to catch a green left turn signal; especially on a downhill.
For the seatpost, you'll get a piece of mind every time you lift up your bike from the seat tube that it's re-enforced by a thomson inside.
riding with a faster group will only make you faster. I'd recommend going back to the old group and spend the time up near the front where is the pace is higher and workload is more. Take you turn in pulls, get that power/sprints you need to ride with the faster groups. If you've been doing that already then the B is the way to go but you prolly need more time on the saddle to get up to par. Most of those guys might ride 3-5 times a week. How long into the ride are you getting dropped?
