The 2007's have a tube that tapers as you go towards the seat post (fatter closer to the headtube as you observe). I think the 06's are identical/ the 2007's just have smaller decals. But the 2008's may have changed a bit?
Mine actually has a top tube that is round near the seat tube and turns oval the closer you get to the head tube. Its oval up and down if that makes sense. You can't tell from the picture it is that way. I believe my frame is an 06. I have the warranty card and can confirm. I just got it a couple weeks ago.
