depends what bars you have. Shimano brake shifters sit better ona bar with less reach and a more anlged profile I belive.

While campy shifters work better with a bar with a long reach and flatter top section.

Try them first and check the profile of your bars, grab a hold of some others to see what the bars look like and how it feels. The length may need no change as the campy sit out further I think.
